Activate push notifications for the Swiss Post-App in your smartphone's settings. This way you will no longer miss any digital letters.
Note: Push notification settings within the app will be provided at a later date.
iOS
- Open the settings on your smartphone.
- Scroll all the way down to «Apps».
- Enter «Die Post» in the search bar and select the corresponding app.
- Then go to the «Notifications» section.
- Activate the «Allow notifications» option and choose the desired display of the notifications (lock screen, notification centre, banners).
This ensures that you no longer miss any digital mail.
Android
- Open the system settings on your Android smartphone (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap «Apps» (depending on the device, this item may also be called «Apps & notifications» or «Applications»).
- Select «Show all apps» if necessary and search the list for «Die Post», or use the search function and enter «Die Post». Then tap the «Die Post» entry.
- In the app information, open the «Notifications» (or «App notifications») section.
- Activate the main switch «Allow notifications». Below, you can usually configure the type of notifications, for example:
- Display on the lock screen
- Pop-up / banner / floating notifications
- Sound and vibration
- Activate the desired options to ensure that notifications are visible, in particular on the lock screen as well as as a pop-up or banner.
This way you will not miss any digital mail on Android devices either.
