When we ask you for an envelope, please send us a high-quality photo.
It is important that the coding (orange barcode) as well as all fields marked in red are clearly recognisable.
Your forwarding order is active and should work correctly. So that we can examine your request in a targeted manner, we need 2 to 3 examples of items that were not delivered correctly.
What to send us: photograph the envelopes concerned and send us the photos. Make sure that the following details are clearly legible:
- The orange barcode
- The complete recipient address
How to take a good photo:
- Place the letter on a light, smooth surface.
- Photograph the letter straight from above, without shadows.
- Make sure that all details are sharp and completely visible.
