To ensure that you continue to receive your mail reliably after moving, please follow the steps below:
1. Inform senders about your new address
Inform all companies and individuals from whom you receive mail about your new address. Use the postal forwarding service to have your mail redirected temporarily.
2. Add your new address in the app
As soon as your name is correctly displayed on your mailbox, add your new address in the app under:
“Profile” → “Personal data” → “Addresses”
3. Verify your address
Verify your new address so it can be used for our services.
4. Activate the scanning service
After successful verification, activate the scanning service for your new address.
Important note on mail forwarding (NSA)
If you have set up a mail forwarding order with the postal service, please note:
To ensure your mail is processed correctly, you must create an address change with forwarding.

5. If a forwarding order is active
Make sure your new address is correctly set up and activated.
Without proper forwarding and activation:
- Mail may not be scanned
- Or may be returned to the old address or to the sender
6. Remove old address
Once:
- No forwarding order is active, or
- Your new address is fully active
You can delete your old address in the app.
