I cannot log in. Is there currently a general outage?

Are you having difficulty logging in or is the Swiss Post-App not loading correctly? Then proceed as follows:

1. Close the Swiss Post-App and open it again.
2. If that does not help, uninstall the Swiss Post-App and reinstall it.

This procedure often resolves problems between the app and the operating system.
