You delete a bank connection in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section, under «Profile» > «Bank accounts». Tap the red icon there and confirm with «Delete».
Exception: for the banks ZKB and UBS, you delete the connection directly in the e-banking of the respective bank:
- UBS: in e-banking you can remove the connection at any time under «Products» > «Open Finance solutions» > «ePost App».
- ZKB: in e-banking you can remove the connection at any time under «Account» > «Settings» > «e-banking» > «Software connections», under «Enabled software».
The bank connection is then also deleted in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section.
