Under “My Profile” > “Bank Accounts” you have the option to delete a bank account.
Exception: For the banks ZKB and UBS, the deletion of the connection must be done directly in the eBanking of the respective bank.
- UBS: In eBanking, you can terminate the connection at any time under “Products” > “Open Finance Solutions” > “ePost App.”
- ZKB: In eBanking, you can terminate the connection at any time under “Account” > “Settings” > “eBanking” > “Software Connections” under “Enabled Software.”
Afterwards, the bank connection will also be deleted in the ePost App.
