To transfer digital invoices from ePost to your bank account, first set up the connection via desktop.
Note: Make sure that your bank's Access app is activated on your smartphone.
- Launch the ePost web app on your computer (app.epost.ch), select «Bank connection» and then the desired bank.
- You will be redirected to the bank's page. Identify yourself with your e-banking contract number and follow the bank's instructions.
- Authorise the connection between your desired bank account and ePost. Finally, you will be redirected back to the ePost web app.
Note: If you cannot select any accounts, please contact UBS support:
- by phone on 0848 848 064
- or request a callback from UBS support from your e-banking, also via the mailbox function
Note that it can take several days before this area is available to you in e-banking.
You can now send payments directly from the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section, to your bank's e-banking.
Note: Once the payment is in your e-banking, you still need to authorise and release it. Only then does the bank execute the payment.
Would you like to disconnect the connection again?
To disconnect the bank connection with the Swiss Post-App, log in to your e-banking. You will find the instructions here: How can I delete my bank connection?
