Note: Make sure you have the latest version of the bank app installed on your smartphone.
Submitting and paying your first bills
- Open the Swiss Post-App
- Tap «My digital mail». You are now directly in your digital inbox.
- Select the bill you want to pay.
- Via the «Pay now» > «Add bank account» button, you can search for and add the desired bank.
- In the next step, you have the option to download the bank app if it is not yet installed on your smartphone.
- Tap «Next», select «Activate payment» and add the bank as a payment method by tapping «Finish».
- Then, at the bottom of the bill, tap «Send to bank». A window opens where you can select your bank app.
- You are automatically redirected to the bank app. Check the payment details and complete the payment.
- To process further bills, return to the Swiss Post-App.
Note: Once the payment is in the bank app, you still need to authorise and release it there. Only then does the bank execute the payment.
Submitting and paying further bills
- Open new, unpaid bills and tap «Pay now» in the Swiss Post-App.
- Then select the «Send to bank» button
- A window opens where you can select your bank app.
- You are automatically redirected to the bank app. Check the payment details and complete the payment.
- For further bills, open the Swiss Post-App again.
